Enjoy all the great amenities at our beautiful beachfront getaway. Seawind has the finest fitness center in Gulf Shores with over 2,000 square feet of professional grade fitness equipment. We are the only complex in Gulf Shores with on-site water sports opportunities including jet skiing, banana boat rides and parasailing.
In addition, we have new beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented daily or weekly. Another special feature is the popular beachfront Sea-n-Suds restaurant and bar. Seawind is the only complex that can offer all of these great options on site.
We love walking to The Hangout and Sea and Suds for a great bite to eat or a quick cocktail.
Seawind is a direct ocean front complex, centrally located and is a quick walk or drive to beautiful golf courses, Gulf State Park, Go-Karts, Arcades, Bars, Fishing excursions, etc.
There truly is fun available for the whole family!
The entire condo is yours. Three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, private balcony, and a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Nothing inside the unit is shared.
Your stay includes access to everything at Seawind:

- Kids' splash pad and play area
- Outdoor grilling area, with grilling utensils in the condo
Beach chair and umbrella service, along with jet ski, parasailing, and banana boat rentals, are available on site and booked directly with the vendor.
We self-manage this condo, so when you message, you are reaching us directly rather than a management company.
We respond quickly and are glad to help with whatever comes up: restaurant recommendations, beach and surf conditions, questions about the building, or anything in the unit that needs attention. If something is not right during your stay, please tell us while you are here. We would much rather fix it for you in the moment than have you find out about it later.
Check-in is self-service by keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule without coordinating with anyone. We are available when you want us and out of the way when you don't.
Parking: $60 per vehicle for the entire stay, purchased at the guard shack on arrival. Two vehicles max per HOA. The garage is tight for full-size trucks and large SUVs.
Elevators: Seawind is a 20-story building with two elevators. During peak check-in windows and holiday weekends, expect a short wait.
Provided: Starter set of paper products, soap, and coffee.
